About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of product management experience, including some experience at an early-stage company or in a high-ownership environment building enterprise AI or software-as-a-service products.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge to earn the respect of a senior engineering team and understand requested work, without necessarily writing code.
  • Experience working on complex, workflow-heavy enterprise products with multiple user personas.
  • Ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear problem statements.
  • Fluency with AI-powered product tools for prototyping, specification writing, customer research synthesis, and roadmap analysis.
  • Based in New York City.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the product roadmap across key areas of the platform, translating product vision into clear, prioritized execution plans.
  • Translate complex, nuanced customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
  • Work directly with engineering to define technical requirements, sequence priorities, and make tradeoff decisions.
  • Conduct customer discovery across enterprise personas, including engineers, product, legal, compliance, human resources, information security, procurement, supply chain, and executives.
  • Define and track product metrics.
  • Represent customer perspectives within the engineering team and engineering realities in customer conversations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in heavily regulated enterprise domains with sensitive data workflows.

About the company

Linero builds an AI-native operational platform that controls access to sensitive technologies in industries like AI labs, aerospace, semiconductors, and quantum computing. It runs an intelligence layer inside each client's private environment using Retrieval-Augmented Generation to reason over confidential data without exposing it to public APIs, and manages fleets of AI agents to process internal documents and monitor external signals. It also offers AI consulting, ROI-driven strategy, and custom apps that integrate with existing enterprise systems such as CRMs and ERPs. Its goal is to ensure high-stakes technologies reach the right hands and are protected from misuse by providing strong governance and controlled access across industrial and national-security domains.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • August 2026 Series C financing from LB Investment, KDB, and Helios funds expansion.
  • June 2026 hiring across AI, policy, and integrations supports commercialization beyond bespoke consulting.
  • Customers in AI labs, defense primes, and semiconductor giants value Linero's controlled-environment architecture.

What critics are saying

  • August 2026 jobs admit immediate hiring across many functions, signaling heavy burn before repeatable revenue.
  • Linero discloses no customer counts, ARR, or retention, making enterprise traction opaque through 2026.
  • A stalled federal security procurement cycle or failed export-control compliance program would kill deals by 2027.

What makes Linero unique

  • June 2026 jobs show Linero runs private-inference RAG and agent systems for sensitive data.
  • August 2026 policy hiring proves Linero sells governance, export-controls, and regulatory workflows, not generic SaaS.
  • September 2026 postings for deployment strategists and integrations signal hands-on enterprise implementation moat.
