Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments is required.
Candidates must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates must be able to read and understand job specifications and work instructions.
Candidates must have basic computer skills, including email, Excel, Word, and MIS systems.
Candidates must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Responsibilities
Inspect products on production lines to verify quality standards and customer specifications.
Review job jackets and product requirements for accuracy and completeness.
Perform repetitive inspections to identify defects and process variations.
Communicate non-conforming findings immediately to production teams.
Document inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Validate quality processes at critical control points.
Prepare and file daily quality inspection and audit documentation.
Ensure work-in-progress jobs are properly identified throughout production.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, standard operating procedures, ISO requirements, and safety standards.
Collaborate with production teams to support operational excellence.
Desired Qualifications
Printing or production industry experience is preferred.
