- At least 7 years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong ownership of enterprise continuous integration and continuous delivery platforms.
- Deep experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, including pipeline design, automation, repository governance, branching strategies, and release management.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and experience supporting Azure-hosted and on-premises environments.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, compliance controls, identity and access management, role-based access control, and governance within continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Proficiency in at least one of PowerShell, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience supporting containerized workloads and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and operational support of DevOps platforms.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and interest in applying artificial intelligence and automation to DevOps workflows.
- Understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps concepts and cost-aware engineering practices.
- Ability to partner with development, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Experience with large-scale platform modernization or migration initiatives, such as migrating from Azure DevOps to GitHub.
- Experience creating reusable pipeline templates, developer enablement frameworks, and enterprise DevOps standards.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, or AZ-400; Kubernetes certification such as CKA; or FinOps certification.
- Experience supporting containerized workloads and Kubernetes, with AKS preferred.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and operational support of DevOps platforms.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and interest in applying artificial intelligence and automation to DevOps workflows.
