Requirements
- Experience or knowledge in configuration management and DevOps.
- Only Green Card holders, U.S. citizens, or individuals on Optional Practical Training are eligible.
Responsibilities
- Work with external customers and internal support and build teams to determine how best to leverage infrastructure as code, configuration management, and other DevOps techniques to improve delivery quality, speed, and experience.
- Partner with SDM, Delivery teams, and Support to identify opportunities to reduce manual updates and changes needed to complete deployments.
- Support Professional Services engagements with engineering and technical consultative assistance to help customers design systems suited to their target infrastructure.
- Build reusable and repeatable toolsets, components, and modules for future use with other clients where possible.
- Coordinate and consult with SA and Sales teams to streamline and detail the build, deployment, and management processes for scoping and designing new and updated systems deployed into the client's ecosystem.
- Provide feedback and assistance to the Platform team in building the underlying tools and technologies required to build and support modern deployments in the client's ecosystem.
- Consume and provide feedback to product delivery teams on ways the client's products can be more usable and accessible for internal and external programmatic use, including application programming interfaces.
- Travel up to 50% to meet with clients and work through deployment processes in person with key client subject matter experts.
