  • Own the regional revenue target, build the pipeline from the ground up, explore pan-European accounts, and partner with Compliance, Product, Legal, and Operations to get customers live quickly and safely.
  • Own the UK and Northern Europe territory, prioritizing the UK and expanding into the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, and Lithuania, and pursuing the stated Europe–Latin America, Europe–Africa, and Europe–Asia corridors.
  • Target UK PSPs, EMIs, fintechs, crypto and stablecoin firms, and global platforms with payouts into emerging markets; target marketplaces, global platforms, and Latin American commodity importers in the Netherlands and Germany; target commodity traders and digital-asset firms in Switzerland; and target EMIs and payment institutions serving EU customers in Ireland and Lithuania.
  • Sell named USD accounts, fiat–stablecoin ramps, foreign exchange, and instant payouts into Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
  • Support EUR product expansion with Product and Partnerships, and coordinate with the Madrid lead on pan-European accounts.
  • Work with Legal and Compliance on MiCA, FCA, and EU requirements to keep deals moving.
  • Source, qualify, and close new revenue-generating customers using existing networks, and run full sales cycles from discovery through pricing, contract, onboarding, and first live transactions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, including basis-point pricing, foreign-exchange spreads, and volume tiers, and present using existing templates.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasts in HubSpot, and track pipeline coverage, win rate, time to first transaction, and monthly volume.
  • Coordinate smooth handoffs with Customer Success, Operations, and Compliance, and share prospect feedback to help refine the sales process.

  • Proficiency in another European language.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and modern AI tools such as Claude.
