Job Description

As we continue to strengthen our global presence in key markets, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our efforts internationally. This role reports to our VP, Global Capture and is a position where building strong relationships and maintaining high-performing Channel Partners and key accounts will be imperative to their success.

Travel to our Baltimore HQ is required for onboarding, training, and other in-person team/company activities. Candidates must be located in the Baltimore, MD area and/or within driving distance to our headquarters.

A Day in the Life:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand international business, outlining key objectives, targets, and action plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, stakeholders, distributors, resellers, and end-users

Drive new business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities, to expand our customer base and penetrate new markets

Oversee and manage all new accounts within your assigned territory to cultivate and drive demand

Support Channel Partners efforts of selling Alertus’ products and technologies to existing and new end-users

Drive performance of Channel Partners against established revenue and activity goals to achieve optimal success

Required Skills & Abilities:

Experience carrying and meeting annual quota
English and Spanish fluency. Additional languages encouraged.
Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hands-on experience using sales enablement tools like Salesforce
Ability to handle and overcome long-sales cycles
Strong skills in driving demand for a product or service

Desired Skills:

Channel/VAR experience

Hands-on experience with WhatsApp, LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg, and ZoomInfo

Experience with RFPs, Contracts, and Purchasing Vehicles

Technology Sales

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in IT or technology-based solutions
Experience hunting/prospecting for new business in international markets
Experience in selling, presenting, and demonstrating software and technology products or services

Bogen Communications and Alertus establish a technical integration with secure API connectivity to enhance automated alerting and facility-wide paging coordination Bogen Communications LLC, a longstanding leader in commercial audio and voice communications technology, has announced a partnership with Alertus Technologies, a provider of mass notification and emergency communication solutions. The collaboration enables organizations to leverage Bogen Communications' Nyquist IP-based paging platform with Alertus' alerting tools for a more comprehensive, automated emergency communication across facilities. Bogen Communications' integration allows Alertus alert messages to play through Bogen Communications' overhead speaker and paging systems, supporting both software-based and SIP phone system-based connections. Alertus can automatically trigger the Nyquist platform Routines API.Routines are powerful user-definable routines that can automatically launch a procedure, or sequence of actions that the Nyquist system executes in response to a defined "trigger" event. Through API-level communication, Alertus can automatically trigger these Nyquist Routines, share alert information for custom messaging and zoning, and display Nyquist system status directly within the Alertus console.
