Regional Key Account Manager
About the job
- A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, healthcare environment, and relevant regulations in Italy.
- Experience in key account management, stakeholder engagement, market access, tender management, or regional healthcare relationship management.
- Experience developing account strategies, identifying opportunities, and translating insights into action.
- Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with regional key accounts, key opinion leaders, and key healthcare stakeholders to increase product awareness and support stakeholder engagement.
- Understand key account needs and requirements and develop account strategies that contribute to company objectives.
- Promote company products, support tender participation, and drive business development activities to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Monitor regional policy, procurement, guideline, and market developments and share relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing materials, proposals, presentations, and written communications for different audiences.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Business Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Communications, and Public Affairs to support aligned execution of commercial activities.
