About the job
- Assist residents with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Respond to queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests.
- Handle cash floats throughout the night shift and ensure all floats are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Verify revenue from all sources and follow up on discrepancies in reports.
- Accurately account for all financial transactions at the front desk during the shift.
- Handle end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation.
- Handle and record residents’ complaints and feedback, and perform appropriate service recovery.
- Perform end-of-day procedures and produce daily reports.
- Perform related tasks as assigned.
