About the job

Requirements
  • General knowledge of lawn care, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment and repair is preferred.
  • A valid Oklahoma driver's license is required.
  • Ability to pass a post-hire employment drug screen.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
  • Keep furniture, fixtures, and the physical structure of all buildings in good repair.
  • Perform painting, carpentry, other maintenance duties, and minor repairs to mechanical equipment.
  • Drive a vehicle as required.
  • Provide carpentry work.
  • Paint all surfaces according to instructions.
  • Attend to plumbing, sewer, heating, air conditioning, and roof repairs.
  • Mend office furniture.
  • Report to the Maintenance Supervisor for daily instructions and guidelines.
  • Perform other maintenance-related responsibilities assigned by the immediate or controlling supervisor.
