About the job
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required; a PhD is preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in AI, data science, or data engineering roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI frameworks and big data technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop, and Spark.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts to business audiences through communication and presentations.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and ethical considerations in AI.
- Strategic, results-oriented approach.
- Develop and execute the AI and data intelligence strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Lead teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and deploy AI models and data solutions.
- Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Promote the adoption of AI and analytics tools across departments to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Ensure data quality, compliance with data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI and data technologies and industry best practices.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
