About the job
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university with two to four years of consulting or relevant work experience, or a master's degree with zero to three years of work experience.
- At least two years of cable and telecommunications domain experience.
- Experience retrieving data from SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL using flat files and accessing databases.
- Work experience with SAS or Informatica.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to solve problems with ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation.
- High-level written and oral communication in English.
- Ability to interface with senior-level executives clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and manage multiple assignments.
- Develop business requirements, detailed functional specifications, technical data mappings, process flows, use cases, test data, and test plans.
- Define, gather, and perform data mapping based on customer requirements while working with the development team to meet those requirements.
- Coordinate and formulate business documentation supporting the implementation of new business processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, application developers, data analysts, and supervisors on projects, including document sign-off processes, necessary meetings, and liaison with business owners.
- Provide support through testing and documentation of systems or business processes and change management.
