Amtech Software provides an end-to-end platform that connects estimating, planning, and plant-floor execution for corrugated, folding carton, flexible packaging, and label manufacturers. The system unifies estimation, scheduling, and on-floor work in a single workflow, using AI-augmented tools and cloud-ready infrastructure to turn shop-floor data into better plans and outcomes. It differentiates itself by being built specifically for packaging converters with decades of vertical expertise, combining AI features and cloud data handling in one platform rather than generic manufacturing software. Its goal is to make plant data predictable and profitable by aligning quotes, plans, and production on one connected system.

Amtech Software has launched an embedded AI agent for email intake within its Amtech Quick Quote application for corrugated packaging manufacturers. The tool interprets free text and attachments from inbound quote requests, automatically extracting dimensions, board specifications, style and quantity data into structured quote lines. The AI agent displays confidence levels for extracted values and clearly marks missing information, allowing customer service teams and estimators to maintain oversight whilst reducing manual transcription time. The solution builds on Amtech's May 2026 acquisition of Clarico Systems. The Email Intake Agent is currently available for RSC and HSC quoting. Amtech will preview additional agentic AI use cases at its User Conference on 11-14 October in Nashville, Tennessee. Amtech Software provides ERP, MES and CRM solutions to over 1,250 packaging and labels manufacturing plants worldwide.
Amtech Software has launched three enhancements to Label Traxx, its ERP platform for label and flexible packaging converters. The updates were announced at LOUPE Americas in Chicago. The first enhancement moves Label Traxx to the cloud, eliminating the need for on-premise servers whilst maintaining the same interface and functionality. Existing customers can migrate data and workflows through automatic routines. A limited rollout begins in November 2026, with broader availability in early 2027. The second enhancement, Amtech Visual Analytics, provides business intelligence capabilities. The third, Track & Trace, is a new module that follows materials from raw materials through to shipped pallets. The cloud platform includes built-in backup, failover, and cyber defence features. Amtech handles technical administration, allowing converters to focus on core operations whilst accessing the system through web browsers.
Amtech Software has launched a new suite to help corrugated manufacturers manage hand assembly and fulfillment operations. The solution addresses rising margin pressure from containerboard costs by enabling manufacturers to offer higher-margin services like contract packaging and assembled products. The suite includes two capability levels: EnCore Assembled Products for kits and displays, and EnCore Contract Packaging for complex operations including component tracking and customer-supplied materials. It also features hand assembly scheduling in Amtech's Advanced Planning Board, allowing teams to manage converting and assembly work together. The platform replaces siloed spreadsheets and point solutions, providing unified management of product structures, inventory and scheduling. Amtech, founded over 40 years ago, serves over 1,250 plants worldwide with ERP and manufacturing software for the packaging industry.
Amtech Software has introduced Amtech Intelligence, an AI platform for the packaging industry, and acquired Clarico Systems, a provider of AI-powered estimating and quoting software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Clarico uses machine learning to help corrugated, folding carton and flexible packaging manufacturers generate faster, more accurate quotes, reducing cycle times and improving win rates. The acquisition integrates Clarico's capabilities into Amtech's ERP offerings. Amtech Intelligence delivers AI capabilities across scheduling, shipment planning optimisation and quoting workflows. The company developed its AI strategy with input from a customer AI Council comprising packaging manufacturers. Founded over 40 years ago, Amtech provides ERP, MES and CRM software solutions to over 1,250 packaging and labels plants worldwide across North America, Latin America and Europe.
