- Minimum three years of experience in a similar position.
- Passion for the Nike brand and the retail industry.
- Motivation and ability to build, develop, lead, and manage high-performing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Fluent German and English at a minimum B2 level.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team that provides excellent customer service and achieves shared goals.
- Manage all operational processes and ensure a smooth, safe, and profitable store operation.
- Ensure store targets and key performance indicators are achieved through clear objectives, continuous monitoring, and targeted sales-improvement actions.
- Coach and develop employees through regular feedback, training, and individual development plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health and safety standards.
- Oversee merchandise management, inventory controls, stocktaking, and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze market and competitor developments and derive actions to optimize store performance.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure efficient processes and high operational quality.
