Requirements
- Experience in the estimating, body shop, or automotive field is required; 3–5 years is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Knowledge of CCC Pathways or CCC One estimating software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies and customers.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs.
- Work with insurance companies to manage customer claims.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with repairs.
- Follow up to ensure productivity within the shop.
Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in the estimating, body shop, or automotive field.
- Experience as an insurance company estimator.
