Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, with 3+ years focused on product enablement and/or tech stack enablement
  • Comfortable presenting in front of a Sr leadership and executive audience
  • Team player with a passion for the future of the Enablement profession
  • Creative thinker with the ability to find out-of-the-box solutions to complex problems
  • Technical skill set needed to effectively enable on tech stack, with Showpad as the focus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and problem-solve effectively
  • Proven track record of building and optimizing processes
  • Experience in a customer-facing role considered an asset
  • Experience with Showpad or similar Enablement software strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize the internal instance of Showpad
  • Preach the benefits and best practices of Showpad internally and externally
  • Design and drive adherence to roles and responsibilities for content contributors and administrators
  • Provide codified product feedback based on experience as Showpad admin
  • Act as a vetting mechanism for content, courses, and learning experiences
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure customer-facing collateral is effectively housed in Showpad
  • Educate revenue leaders and executives on actionable insights from enablement data
  • Build enablement on other tools in the tech stack and house in Showpad
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams for release and product enablement process
  • Design the process for enabling GTM folks and new hires on Showpad's solution set
