Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s (senior) or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Relevant internship, research, or project experience in analytics, supply chain, finance, consulting, or technology‑enabled business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proven time‑management and prioritization abilities in fast‑paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI, or exposure to Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar BI/analytics tools.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is a plus; planning tool experience is not required.
  • Travel requirements: 1 – 20%
Responsibilities
  • Support the Planning & Analytics product roadmap by evaluating feature opportunities, organizing work, and helping align priorities with business needs.
  • Translate planning-related needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and assist in coordinating day‑to‑day project activities.
  • Contribute to building and enhancing BI dashboards and reports used across demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Help define, validate, and monitor KPIs that drive data‑supported decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Perform data validation, troubleshoot data quality issues, and ensure consistency and trust in planning analytics.
  • Participate in user interviews, process walk‑throughs, and discovery work to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with teams across Planning, Sourcing, Sales/Product, Finance, and IT Engineering to support alignment and unblock progress.
  • Use structured problem‑solving approaches, such as mapping workflows or analyzing root causes, to clarify issues and support solution design.
