- Ensure that high quality standards are met when installing heat pumps.
- Further develop the company's installation standard and improve processes.
- Solve complex SHK problems before, during, and after installation.
- Plan SHK work across construction sites.
- Lead all SHK employees at the location.
- Select new employees in collaboration with the HR department.
- Communicate with customers in a service-oriented and professional manner.
