Requirements

A Bac+5 qualification in computer science or equivalent.
Six to eight years of experience as an application technical expert.
Strong command of Microsoft Business Central (MBC).
Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Information Systems Project Manager.
Knowledge of business processes and information systems solutions.
A senior-level technical and functional expertise.
Ability to lead complex projects in a multicultural environment.
Rigor, organization, and leadership to coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate technical and functional teams.
Organize and plan deliverables in accordance with deadlines and requirements.
Support project management to ensure successful initiatives.
Produce flash reports and steering committee reports.
Provide active support in deliverables management.
Ensure in-depth command of Microsoft Business Central requirements.
Participate in the technical and functional analysis of needs.

Desired Qualifications

Previous experience as a developer is a major asset.

Le consultant sera en charge de :

L'Expert Technique Applicatif MBC (Delivery Lead) est responsable du pilotage technique et fonctionnel des solutions basées sur Microsoft Business Central (MBC). Ce rôle implique une coordination étroite avec les équipes techniques, métiers et les parties prenantes pour garantir la qualité, la performance et la livraison des projets.

Pilotage et Coordination:
- Piloter et coordonner les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles.
- Organiser et planifier les livrables en respectant les délais et les exigences.
- Apporter un support à la chefferie de projet pour garantir la réussite des initiatives.
Gestion des Livrables
- Produire des flash reports et des comptes-rendus de pilotage (Steerco).
- Assurer un support actif dans la gestion des livrables.
Expertise Technique
- Garantir une maîtrise approfondie des exigences MBC (Microsoft Business Central).
- Participer à l’analyse technique et fonctionnelle des besoins.

Qualifications

Bac+ 5 en informatique ou équivalent avec une expérience entre 6 et 8ans en tant qu’expert technique applicatif.

Compétences requises

Forte maîtrise de Microsoft Business Central (MBC).
Expérience en tant que PO/Business Analyst ou Chef de projet SI.
Connaissance des processus métiers et des solutions SI.
Ancien développeur (atout majeur).
Senior avec une expertise technique et fonctionnelle avérée.
Capacité à piloter des projets complexes dans un environnement multiculturel.
Rigueur, organisation et leadership pour assurer la coordination des équipes.
