  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in global account management and business development targeting compliance-function personas, including Chief Compliance Officers, Regional Compliance Officers, Compliance Directors, and Internal Investigations.
  • Experience with account management, business development, client satisfaction, cold calling, customer relationship management, global management, law firms, legal support services, negotiation, relationship building, sales calls, and sales management.
  • Understanding of the Department of Justice's Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs and related best practices for risk assessments, third-party due diligence, whistleblower and internal investigations, red-flag monitoring, governance, and reporting.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks requiring sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage global client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Oversee global account management activities and client communications.
  • Drive business development and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Provide consulting services to clients.
  • Conduct sales prospecting and cold calling.
  • Prepare and present sales reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Desired Qualifications
  • A law degree.
  • Certification in Certified Software Quality Analyst, ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Agile Tester, Certified Software Test Professional, or Certification in Compliance and Ethics.
