About the job

Requirements
  • Understand business metrics, including their definitions, denominators, cohorts, and segmentation, and identify misleading comparisons and business implications.
  • Strong Python engineering skills for ingestion, transformations, and orchestration, including building, testing, and maintaining reliable production pipelines.
  • Use coding agents in daily work while taking responsibility for correctness, maintainability, and production behavior.
  • Familiarity with columnar data warehouses such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Experience building business intelligence layers from scratch using tools such as Hex, Metabase, or Looker.
  • Take a proactive, action-oriented product approach and challenge assumptions.
  • Take ownership of a function rather than acting only as a ticket-taker.
  • Be located in Munich or Warsaw.
Responsibilities
  • Own the ClickHouse warehouse end-to-end, including schema, ingestion, backfills, and performance, and decide how it is structured and what data is included.
  • Build and maintain production data pipelines for Postgres, Stripe, Slack, advertising platforms, and future sources, including tests, monitoring, safe backfills, failure recovery, and data verification.
  • Extend conversion tracking and attribution data, including the events and values sent to Meta and Google, returned attribution data, and the feed delivering lifetime gross profit to advertising platforms.
  • Run the business intelligence layer by building, maintaining, and pruning Hex dashboards for growth, finance, support, and product.
  • Proactively answer business questions involving retention cohorts, credit and unit economics, channel attribution, churn, and pricing impact.
  • Establish monitoring and alerting so the team is notified when metrics move in the wrong direction.
  • Work with company founders and leaders to scope, prioritize, and deliver work, and push back when a question is not the right one.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience taking ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Familiarity with Stripe and SaaS metrics such as monthly recurring revenue, annual recurring revenue, net dollar retention, and lifetime value; experience helping close the books.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and attribution data, including Meta Conversions API, Google Ads conversion imports, and server-side event pipelines.
  • Background in machine learning or forecasting.

About the company

Viktor builds an AI coworker inside Slack and Microsoft Teams that handles operational and growth work across a company’s software stack. It connects to thousands of tools—CRM, ads, analytics, billing, project management and more—to keep organizational context and deliver finished outputs like PDFs, spreadsheets, dashboards, deployed apps, code, and automations, not just chat. It stands out by delivering concrete work products within familiar collaboration channels and focusing on end-to-end artifacts across the stack, not just responses. The goal is to become the standard AI coworker for organizations, embedding AI-assisted operations and growth work into everyday collaboration to streamline workflows and speed up decision-making.

The funding included participation from Bek Ventures, Kaya VC and Tenacity Capital, plus angel investors including Slack co-founders Stewart Butterfield and Cal Henderson. The company has developed an AI agent that operates as a virtual coworker within Slack and Microsoft Teams, connecting to business systems like Google Drive, Meta Ads and Shopify. Viktor can execute tasks, build internal apps and suggest workflow improvements. Three months after launching publicly in February, the startup reports $15 million in annualised revenue and over 2,000 organisations using its product. The company offers a free tier alongside credit-based subscriptions, with some teams spending more on Viktor than on junior employees.
