Requirements

3+ years of experience in a data-oriented role in business consulting and/or the life sciences industry
Commercial acumen and intellectual curiosity
Familiarity with channel & sales data (i.e. IQVIA suite, block analysis)
Strong understanding of data and analytics, and how they drive business outcomes
Deep experience with Tableau / PowerBI and other data visualization tools
Experience with modeling tools and techniques
Outstanding verbal and written communication in English
Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently but also thrives in collaborating with others
Interest in the forces and trends driving the healthcare and life sciences industry
A desire to learn and progress in a fast-paced team that is growing rapidly

Responsibilities

Lead a workstream(s) in a project engagement: planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of delivery including scope, quality, resources, risk, and timelines
Be responsible for the end-to-end design, build, and delivery of deliverables that meet specific project goals and objectives
Leverage data and analytics for solution recommendations and advisory for our clients including segmentation, targeting, field KPI's & incentive compensation
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels within the commercial organization
Manage the work and priorities of Associate Consultants in your workstream
Support and mentor Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities
Bring to your clients a good level of industry/market/functional insight
Input into business development opportunities and proposals
Help develop and disseminate thought leadership

Advanced stats (i.e., R, python, etc)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills

The Role

Commercial Analytics Business Consultants sit within the Commercial Strategy function and work alongside business consultants to deliver data/analytics-driven solutions and insights to the pharmaceutical industry. Much of your time will be spent leveraging proprietary and industry-leading data sets, driving recommendations and advice for our customers in areas such as segmentation, targeting, digital maturity, KPI definition, and engagement planning.

As this role is fully integrated within the commercial strategy practice, you will also be working and speaking directly with customers. In addition to data handling, Commercial Analytics Business Consultants are expected to also excel in delivering core consulting activities including presentation, meeting facilitation, and project management.

Opportunities are available across the UK for this role as this is a Work Anywhere position - as long as you are in close proximity to an airport and are able to meet travel requirements, including to our hub offices (London, Frankfurt, Paris, Barcelona).
