Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Glovia OM a plus)
  • Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes
  • Advanced knowledge of OM architecture and functionality
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for Glovia OM software
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Glovia OM processes and workflows
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Design and implement custom solutions within Glovia OM
  • Integrate Glovia OM with other enterprise systems
  • Lead technical aspects of Glovia OM implementation projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Develop training materials for end-users and IT staff
  • Conduct training sessions on Glovia OM functionalities
