- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
- Two or more years of hands-on experience with IV nutrient drips, vitamin drips, or wellness injections, with strong vascular access skills.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Partner with the Clinic Director to build a high-performance, caring team culture.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring registered nurses and support staff.
- Foster accountability, growth, and collaboration among the team.
- Administer IV nutrient drips, intramuscular injections, wellness shots, including GLP-1 and peptides as offered, and other therapies with precision and care.

- Help manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, ordering, and daily clinic flow.
- Contribute to performance metrics, efficiency improvements, and financial goals.
- Deliver a calming, trust-building client experience and address concerns with compassion.
- Support community events and activations to grow relationships and visibility.
- Genuine passion for proactive/functional wellness, client empowerment, and team development.
- Demonstrated leadership potential or prior supervisory experience, such as charge nurse or team lead.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, organization, and multitasking.
