Requirements
- Maine Property & Casualty License or previous insurance agency experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Review and update client policies as needed
- Maintain accurate client records using the client management system
- Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums
