Responsibilities

Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, preparation methods, and ingredients to answer questions and make informed recommendations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to support smooth course timing and order accuracy.
Set, maintain, and reset tables according to presentation standards.
Handle member and guest requests, substitutions, and concerns with discretion.
Learn members' names, preferences, and habits to personalize service over repeat visits.
Anticipate guest needs, including beverage refills and dietary accommodations.
Represent the club's tone and service standards in every interaction, on and off the floor.
Follow proper point-of-sale, check-handling, and payment procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
Support opening and closing side work as assigned.
Follow health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

About the Role
The June is seeking polished, attentive Servers to deliver elevated, member-focused dining service across our club's various outlets. This role is the primary point of contact for members and guests during service, responsible for food and beverage knowledge, pacing, and the warm, discreet hospitality that defines The June experience.
The ideal candidate is a genuine hospitality professional who takes pride in the details, reads the room, and builds real rapport with members over time.
Key Responsibilities
Service Execution
