Tanks Project Manager
About the job
- Must be an internal applicant with prior experience at Great Basin Industrial.
- A bachelor's degree or work-related equivalent in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of experience in project management, specifically in tank construction or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in tank project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of tank projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and report on variances in scope, schedule, or budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned related to tanks project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
