Requirements
  • Must be an internal applicant with prior experience at Great Basin Industrial.
  • A bachelor's degree or work-related equivalent in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in project management, specifically in tank construction or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices in tank project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of tank projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and budgetary requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and report on variances in scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned related to tanks project management.
