- A university-level education is required.
- At least two years of procurement-related work experience is required.
- Commercial negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, are required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and the ability to prepare reports and conduct analysis are required.
- Basic English reading and writing ability is required to review contract clauses and handle simple written correspondence.
- Manage the end-to-end sourcing of food packaging and raw materials, including demand planning, purchase order execution, and delivery tracking.
- Develop and evaluate suppliers and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and continuity of supply.
- Lead or participate in commercial negotiations and drive cost optimization and savings initiatives aligned with business targets.
- Support new product development introductions by planning sourcing strategies and supply readiness.
- Manage order fulfillment and supply planning to ensure stable store operations.
- Oversee import and export operations, including customs clearance, and coordinate international logistics to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, Finance, and Marketing teams to execute business initiatives.
- Analyze procurement data and report on cost, lead time, and supplier performance, providing improvement recommendations and decision support.
- Manage procurement contracts and supplier key performance indicators to support accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage invoice processing and accounts payable workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Operate and maintain the D365 procurement system, ensuring data integrity and process compliance.
- Lead or support project execution and cross-functional initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Prepare data analyses and management reports to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
