  • Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights, sales data, and competitive trends into actionable site merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Master the product offering within your categories Inclusive of Product and Page Performance, Roadmap, Seasonal Trends and Customer Needs.
  • Continually improving customer conversion, revenue and sell-through of your categories while maintaining the integrity of our brand.
  • Own the product build and launch plans for your categories; Collaborate with the creative, merchandising and planning teams to ensure products are launched on time, with high quality experience and merchandised according to seasonal business objectives.
  • Analyze sales information, site metrics and customer feedback in order to identify site optimization opportunities, inclusive of product ordering, navigation, site content and product presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, Digital Product and Creative teams to translate insights into improved customer experiences via a combination of A/B testing, CMS Adjustments or net new functionality that help drive category growth.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders and senior leadership on how your categories are performing onsite, what opportunities we have to improve and the impact of the work you’re doing.
  • Work closely with marketing channel owners to ensure that site content and campaigns are aligned with broader marketing efforts.
  • Proactively implement new tools and processes that help the team work more efficiently and lead to better business outcomes.
  • Partner with Retention, Acquisition, Media, and broader Marketing teams to ensure Site Merchandising can help support driving these channels.
