  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a combination of equivalent technical experience and education
  • At least fifteen (15) years of business experience, business/system analysis, and information technology experience
  • Must have ten (10) or more years of relevant experience on at least four (4) of the following PeopleSoft Financial/Supply Chain modules: Procurement, General Ledger, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Commitment Control, Project Costing, Customer Contracts
  • Must have ten (10) or more years of relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency with technical tools provided by PeopleSoft, including ability to write and execute SQL, such as PS Query, nVision, BI Publisher, Application Designer, Integration Broker, LDAP/Active Directory Integration
  • Prior experience writing functional and technical design specifications
  • Ability to be on-site in Boston, MA on a quarterly basis or as requested by management
Responsibilities
  • Work in collaborative Agile based project environment to support an implementation of PeopleSoft technology
  • Gather business requirements, solicit business process, perform analysis, and document specifications and business rules to perform configuration and development.
  • Identify and design solutions for business problems using PeopleSoft technology.
  • Translate business requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Create, update, and respond to Oracle service requests as necessary to address software bugs
  • Develop and analyze SQL queries within a PeopleSoft environment to assist design and development activities
  • Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems.
  • Provide functional and technical guidance to the project team and project stakeholders to support all in-use modules in the FSCM environment.
  • Perform development work in support of the project goals that follows the provided software development lifecycle process
  • Perform assigned project administration activities including updates to ServiceNow or Jira platforms used by the project.
  • Attend and contribute to Agile methodology sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, and recurring standup)
  • Provide routine status updates to leads and stakeholders in support of project deadlines
  • Identify developmental or design risks and maintain knowledge of current technologies and practices to assist with consulting initiatives
  • Assist and document solutions in Functional and Technical specification documents as directed to support the project.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key application stakeholders and users to identify improvements to process or function striving to increase end user satisfaction.
  • Effectively work with business customers and project teams
  • Stay current on latest PeopleSoft features and functionality to identify efficiencies and enhance existing processes, including delivery of Fluid enhancements.
