Responsibilities
  • Manage social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Create visual content such as posts, banners, content management system materials, and newsletter visuals.
  • Create written content for the website, including storytelling, product sheets, and blog content.
  • Write and send business-to-consumer and business-to-business newsletters using Brevo.
  • Monitor advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage collaborations with influencers.
  • Monitor trends, products, and competitors.
  • Participate in automated marketing programming using Shop-E-Mind and Brevo.
  • Contribute to improving the website user experience and user interface by reporting bugs and slow performance and suggesting ideas.
  • Analyze performance across social media, newsletters, advertising, Doofinder, and Shop-E-Mind.
  • Provide customer service follow-up through social media and email.
  • Update the website using PrestaShop, including product sheets and visuals.
  • Brainstorm commercial operations and editorial calendars.
  • Provide occasional logistical assistance during periods of high activity.
  • Participate in business-to-business commercial activities, including prospecting and mailing campaigns.
