- Jailbroken, rooted, or modified devices that bypass security protections are prohibited.
- Virtual machines or virtualized environments are not permitted for bring-your-own-device contractor access.
- Windows devices must support Credential Guard or Virtualization-Based Security features when applicable.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Korean and English using clear, professional communication.
- Meet all scheduled work hours punctually and reliably, and meet response-time targets.
