Requirements
  • Ability to drive personal and company vehicles.
  • Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Current Oregon driver's license that meets the company's safety standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their desired quality of life.
  • Teach skills and support individuals with daily needs.
  • Ensure individuals' voices and preferences are heard.
  • Manage budgets, records, and reports.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate individual service plans.
  • Allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead and motivate a team.

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
