Activities Assistant – Vibe Coordinator & Fun Facilitator 

Location: A Bridgemark Employee Services, LLC Facility Near You

We’re looking for someone with heart, creativity, and a knack for making every day special for our residents. Whether it’s leading group games, one-on-one visits, or surprise hallway dance-offs—you’ll be part of the team bringing joy to our community.

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Having a Blast):

• Leading daily resident and guest activities that are fun, meaningful, and totally unforgettable
• Helping guide other activities team members and volunteers with your contagious enthusiasm
• Staying organized and efficient (because even karaoke needs a game plan!)
• Supporting resident choice and satisfaction—because this is their home, and fun is personal
• Teaming up with coworkers to make every day feel like a celebration

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 
• Minimum one (1) year job experience in long-term care or similar environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional commitment to customer service and employee well-being.
