- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
- Fundamental SQL expertise (Must have).
- Data Engineering background (Data processing, documentation).
- Experience working on at least 2 Data Engineering projects.
- Wealth Management domain experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Must be an immediate joiner.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
- Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog.
- Track and report on team progress and performance.
- Promote collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Identify and address team conflicts and issues.
- Continuously improve the team's processes and practices.
- Ensure proper documentation of data engineering processes.
- Good to have: Python programming skills.
