Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
  • Fundamental SQL expertise (Must have).
  • Data Engineering background (Data processing, documentation).
  • Experience working on at least 2 Data Engineering projects.
  • Wealth Management domain experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Must be an immediate joiner.
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Coach the team on self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog.
  • Track and report on team progress and performance.
  • Promote collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Identify and address team conflicts and issues.
  • Continuously improve the team's processes and practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of data engineering processes.
