  • 4+ years of experience in product management of web products
  • Experience working in high-performing product teams
  • Demonstrated success in leading development of products and customer-facing features
  • Excellent problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills
  • Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts
  • Proficient knowledge of SQL
  • Experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
  • Must have a technical background, CS is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own and build the platform to enable the launch of new Lines of Business, clients and partners
  • Partner directly with Product & Commercial leaders to implement new revenue models
  • Build the tools to manage client configurations via tooling and integrations with our CRM
  • Build tools to manage the revenue cycle, from billing claims & invoices to having visibility on billing logic
  • Be a strong cross-functional collaborator, execution-oriented project manager
  • Help uplevel the processes and competencies of the overall PM and R&D team
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working closely with commercial, and/or finance
  • Experience with scaling contractual variations
  • Experience building platform products
  • Understanding of Salesforce
