  • 3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of facility operations and best practices.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CMMS software and other relevant tools.
Responsibilities
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including UPS, Generators, Chillers, Switchgear, Commercial HVAC, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical infrastructure systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all critical infrastructure equipment.
  • Track and analyze maintenance records to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
  • Respond to all critical alarms during after-hours periods as required.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not strictly required).
  • Some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
