About the job
- At least 3 years of experience coding and developing voice solutions.
- Experience managing and developing Aspect, Twilio, Genesys, or another contact center platform.
- Extensive knowledge of call flow development.
- Proficiency in Java VXML, PHP, SQL, and VoiceXML.
- Experience with web scripting using HTML, JSP, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Oracle or Microsoft SQL database systems.
- Experience with Microsoft applications, WebSphere, Eclipse, NetBeans, and Postman.
- Extensive knowledge of API integrations and development.
- Handle development for the telephony system used by the contact center.
- Develop call flow scripts and assess user experience based on contact center requirements.
- Provide technical support for call flow changes and initiatives.
- Oversee the preparation and planning of call flows and communication improvements.
- Manage the bank's telephony platform, including IVRS and contact center productivity modules.
