We are excited to announce an opening for a Product Designer to join our vibrant team at ContactMonkey. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the design and user experience, working closely with our Design & Product teams to bring software products from concept to delivery. What you’ll be doing
- Work alongside the Senior Product Designer to create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Identify areas of opportunities for clients and solve functional challenges through brainstorming, research, ideation and collaboration.
- Present and defend your design decisions to your colleagues. They should be based on research efforts, business requirements, and your own design thinking + design principles.
- Understand, document and transform complex processes into intuitive and user-friendly UI workflows. Create and maintain user-interface patterns and specifications for the engineering team.
- Take part in a growing company and improve our processes as we scale our operations. Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery with minimal oversight.
About you
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of design thinking processes, user-centered design methodologies and accessibility principles.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Figma proficiency. Design Systems, Components, Variants and Auto Layout are no surprise for you.
- A portfolio showcasing your product design work.
You’ll get major bonus points for
- Experience working in a scale-up or a start-up.
- Enterprise or B2B platform experience.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS principles is an asset.
