Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product.
  • Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
  • Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product
  • Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
  • Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients
  • Experience managing and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts
  • Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment
Responsibilities
  • Support the project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns that will drive member enrollment across Color’s entire customer base.
  • Consult with key clients on the most effective way to roll out Color to their audience(s), and manage the program execution.
  • Understand the population, the channels that work best to reach them, the messaging that resonates most with them, and enrollment goals to recommend a client-specific strategy.
  • Own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft, scale our efforts, and test innovative ideas.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to earn the trust of key customer stakeholders through the strength of our strategic and creative recommendations.
