Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assemble components and subassemblies according to engineered drawings, work orders, and specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking parts and materials used in the assembly process.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical training or certification is a plus
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical engineered drawings is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment preferred

This merger expands the company's nuclear capabilities and product lines for new and existing customers.
