Couture Events brings 'La Dolce Vita' to life at Driven Properties' Annual Awards Gala.

Couture Events brings 'La Dolce Vita' to life at Driven Properties' Annual Awards Gala. Couture Events Worldwide returned for the second consecutive year to produce the Driven Properties Annual Awards Gala, transforming Meliá Desert Palm Dubai into a vibrant celebration of achievement for 800 guests on 14 February. Built around the theme "La Dolce Vita," the 2026 gala was designed as an immersive experience that moved beyond the traditional corporate awards format. Couture Events translated the Italian-inspired concept into a bold visual identity, using a palette of yellow, red, orange and green across the venue. The colour story carried through the event design, from ombré installations and individually styled tablescapes to floral and fruit arrangements. Attention to detail extended to personalised calligraphy on each guest's napkin and colour-matched macarons, creating a cohesive experience across the space. The evening was structured to move seamlessly from cocktails and gelato into entertainment, awards and celebration, maintaining the energy throughout the night. A standout moment came when Driven Properties Founder and CEO Abdullah Alajaji took to a huge taiko drum to announce the Top Agent of the Year, adding an unexpected theatrical element to the awards ceremony. For Couture Events Worldwide, the gala reflected a broader shift in corporate events, where companies are placing greater emphasis on creating memorable experiences for their teams rather than simply delivering formal award ceremonies. By combining immersive design, personalised details, entertainment and high-energy moments, Couture Events brought the La Dolce Vita concept to life while creating an evening designed to celebrate Driven Properties' people and achievements.
