About the job

Requirements
  • Advanced bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.
  • Valid registration in good standing with OTSTCFQ (Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec) is required.
  • Substantial experience in youth protection, specifically in the Evaluation and Orientation (EO) sector, is required.
  • Ability to adapt to the sociocultural context of Inuit communities and an isolated northern environment is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide replacement social-work services for the Direction de la protection de la jeunesse (DPJ) in the Nunavik region.
