- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold a valid Florida Security D License.
- Hold a valid Florida driver's license.
- Undergo and pass a background check and drug test.
- For the golf-cart rover position, operate a golf cart and clear motor vehicle record screening.
- Patrol property to maintain security and prevent incidents, on foot or by golf cart depending on assignment.
- Control access, verify visitors, and maintain security logs at the gatehouse.
- Monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests.
- Monitor clubhouse facilities, assist guests, and maintain a safe environment.
- Greet residents and guests at the front desk, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate communication while following security procedures.
- Monitor property, provide customer service, and report suspicious activity.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
