Requirements
  • Be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Act as a Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician for assigned cases.
  • Maintain clinical supervision compliance with Behavior Analyst Certification Board standards and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091.
  • Maintain a small independent caseload.
  • Provide mandatory monthly client and family sessions.
  • Support complex or high-acuity cases as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the supervising Licensed Behavior Analyst for assigned cases with Behavior Consultant Trainees, ensuring client outcomes and supervision compliance.
  • Provide data-driven treatment oversight and coaching and direction to Behavior Analytic Trainees.
  • Develop Behavior Analytic Trainees through licensure-focused coaching and initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming.
  • Facilitate competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Conduct routine audits of contracts, session notes, and fieldwork submissions and logs.
  • Maintain updated treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director on case assignment decisions.
  • Support clinical operations and contribute to center culture and local team-building efforts.
  • Set expectations and promote high standards for team members through personal example.
