Parkdepot provides business-to-business parking management by digitizing lots into smart mobility hubs. Its platform uses camera-based license-plate recognition and AI to automate entry/exit tracking and billing, removing barriers, tickets, and on-site staff. For unpaid lots, the Supervision feature monitors duration to prevent unauthorized use, while for paid parking, Carpay offers a ticketless, modern-payment experience and the system provides analytics on space utilization. Parkdepot differentiates itself by acting as a full-service provider that handles software, hardware installation, and ongoing operations for a range of clients, with a goal to help owners monetize underutilized parking capacity and reduce operating costs.

What believers are saying

  • Parkdepot expanded into Italy again in July 2026 with Conad-site deployments.
  • Starting Up reported fresh 15 million euro Series A funding in August 2026.
  • Its DACH-to-Europe footprint and retailer roster support repeatable rollouts across standardized parking sites.

What critics are saying

  • It replaces tickets, gates, and on-site staff with one outsourced operating layer.
  • Its Germany-built workflow fits retailers needing fast rollout across supermarkets and mixed-use lots.
