The money - uncapped and simple

Ten percent of contract value. No tiers to decode, no accelerators that never trigger. Hold your price and you keep the full 10% (discounted jobs pay 8%) - so your conﬁdence in the product pays you directly.

This is commission only - which means no ceiling on your income and no one but you deciding it. If that sounds like freedom, you're reading the right posting.
Plus: mileage reimbursed, $50/month for your phone, 80 hours PTO, paid holidays, healthcare, vision, dental, and 401k. A ﬂexible schedule, and remote whenever you're not standing in somebody's backyard.

What you'd own

Your region. Not a lead list somebody else controls - a region with your name on it and room to grow.
The dealer relationship. Home Depot and Lowe's send us the majority of our volume, and the reps who win here treat those stores as home turf. They work table days, talk to anyone who walks by with a question about their yard, and book their own open time on the ﬂoor. A single good table day can ﬁll your week. It's the most powerful lever in this role - and it's entirely in your hands.
The appointment, start to ﬁnish. Roll up. Walk the yard. Photograph it. Design it while they watch. Price it. Close it. No tape measure required - we built technology that handles the measuring with aerial imagery, parcel lines, and square footage calculated for you. You focus on the conversation; we handle the math.
Your own numbers. Sit rate, close rate, average ticket - delivered every Monday, the same view we see. Full transparency, always.

Who thrives here
