Requirements
  • At least 2 years of Product Management experience, preferably focused on platform, application programming interface, or partner integrations.
  • Ability to lead cross-company product initiatives and influence product roadmaps without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of Representational State Transfer application programming interfaces, JavaScript Object Notation, authentication methods, and technical integration concepts, including the ability to read and interpret integration specifications.
  • Experience building business cases that drive investment decisions and engineering prioritization across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate, build relationships, and manage stakeholders effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Candidates must not require visa sponsorship or visa transfer at this time.
Responsibilities
  • Define and own the partner integration roadmap across strategic technology partners.

  • Identify technical, operational, and organizational roadblocks before they affect delivery, and determine when and to whom to escalate internally and on the partner side when executive attention is needed.

  • Maintain visibility into active integrations, milestones, dependencies, and partner commitments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, Software as a Service, or other technology-driven environments.
  • Automotive technology experience, including dealership software, dealer management system platforms, fixed operations, original equipment manufacturers, or repair order workflows.
  • Experience working with enterprise software providers, strategic technology partnerships, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and high-growth or startup environments.

DigniFi provides point-of-sale financing for auto repairs and related services through a network of auto dealerships and repair shops. It connects consumers to its lending partner, WebBank, rather than issuing loans directly, with customers applying on smartphones and receiving instant credit decisions at the point of sale. Merchants subscribe to the ExpressWay revolving line of credit to offer financing and capture more sales for repairs, parts, and maintenance. The company differentiates itself with a large dealer network, a merchant-focused subscription model, and machine-learning matching of customers to suitable loan products, aiming to broaden access to automotive service financing and speed up approvals.
