Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO and COO on high-impact projects that drive product, growth, and operations forward.
• Act as a generalist, taking ownership of cross-functional initiatives that help the company scale quickly and efficiently.
• Partner closely with product and design to shape user experience and influence product direction.
• Build structure out of ambiguity — creating processes, tools, and insights that make the team more effective.
• A bootcamp for future founders: Gain hands-on experience scaling a fast-growing startup, learning how to build, operate, and lead directly alongside the founding team.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Growth, Operations, or Strategy at an early-stage startup (Seed–Series A) or in a high-performance environment such as investment banking, consulting, or venture capital.
• Client-facing experience — you’ve managed relationships where judgment, responsiveness, and follow-through were critical.
• Early-stage operator mindset — you thrive in unstructured environments and are comfortable wearing many hats.
• Process-minded and analytical, capable of connecting insights to action and executing with speed.
• Self-starter with strong ownership bias — you don’t wait for permission to make things better.
• An eye for design and product experience, with curiosity for how details shape the user journey.
