  • Promote and effectively sell the range of products and services offered by Private Banking and the BBVA Group.
  • Continuously grow the segment's profitable client portfolio.
  • Manage assigned clients and increase their loyalty to the bank by selling additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Respond to and promptly resolve complaints from assigned clients.
  • Maintain and update the file for each assigned client.
  • Provide clients with the benefits of the BBVA Outperformance Model's strategies and recommendations for managing their wealth.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the financial and non-financial business areas.
  • Meet HNWI clients' overall investment needs by designing tailored portfolios and appropriately planning portfolio strategy.
