Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in training and development, instructional design, or technical writing preferred
  • Proven experience in creating clear, concise, and detailed technical documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with e-learning software and tools such as LMS platforms (Skilljar) and technical writing software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in industries such as software, automotive, or healthcare is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and organize technical content including product documentation, user guides, videos, and other documentation that enhances product understanding.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy in training materials and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to update and maintain existing materials
  • Develop lessons and certification programs to measure training effectiveness.
  • Use learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools to deliver content and track participation and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve training programs based on feedback, new technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure technical documentation content is clear, concise, and aligns with organizational goals.
